Refund Policy

We believe in our service and work hard every day to deliver a reliable experience. However, we understand that it may not work perfectly for everyone. This policy explains how refunds work, eligibility rules, and processing timelines.

If you are not happy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to solve and that makes the service unusable, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions below.

How to request a refund

Please include your transaction / order ID and send an email with the subject: “Request and refund”. In your message, describe the issue you are facing and the reason for the request.

In some cases, we may request proof (screenshots, short video, error messages). We may also share diagnostics and findings to explain the decision clearly and transparently.

Conditions

We can’t issue refunds for technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund according to the rules below.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, refunds may be partial depending on the used period of the subscription.

Refund processing time

If you paid by credit/debit card, refunds are generally processed and returned within 20 to 31 working days. In some cases, it may take longer (up to 90 days) depending on the payment processor and banking systems. We are not the payment provider; we are the service provider, so we cannot reduce bank processing timeframes.

Note: We aim to review refund requests as quickly as possible after receiving your message and verifying your account and payment details.

We will not issue refunds (or partial refunds) if

1) The user is unable to set up their own device/system

We provide support to help you set up devices, apps, and configuration steps. However, our support is limited to guidance and predefined troubleshooting steps.

2) Some channels freeze, buffer, or rarely don’t work

While our servers are generally stable, temporary interruptions may happen for various reasons and are not usually permanent. Our team continuously works to improve stability.

Common causes for temporary issues

If a user cannot watch their subscription for 48 hours+ due to a server-side issue caused by us, we may offer: a full refund, or extension of the lost time on top of the subscription (plus a possible bonus) depending on the case.
